About Us
Experienced Breeders
Our family has been breeding dogs since 2002, beginning with Shih Tzus and later falling in love with the Pug breed.
Our puppies are raised in our home and are part of our everyday lives. From early socialization and hands-on care to preparing each puppy for their new family, we put a lot of time and attention into giving them the best possible start.
Finding the right home is just as important to us as raising the puppies themselves. We take the time to get to know prospective families and make sure each puppy is placed in a home where they will be loved and cared for.

Colin MacDonald
Colin loves getting to know the families who welcome one of our pugs into their home. He enjoys answering questions, sharing updates and staying connected long after the puppies leave us. His background in operations and planning also means he is usually the one keeping everything organized behind the scenes.
Laurie MacDonald
Laurie is the heart of the day-to-day care at MacDonald Pug Family. Her love of animals is what started this journey, and she is involved in every litter from the very beginning. From helping deliver puppies in the middle of the night to cuddling, socializing and getting to know each puppy’s personality, Laurie truly loves being part of every stage.
